This model supports printing with PETG / PLA material

For better folding durability and long-term use experience, printing with PETG material is recommended first

If used for direct food contact scenarios such as holding fruits or snacks, it is recommended to use:

Food-grade specialized printing filament

And ensure the printing environment, nozzle, and build surface are clean before use

Also note that because this model is designed to be flat, after printing please wait for the model and PEI plate to cool down completely before removing them to avoid damaging the model. If the material adhesion is too strong, you can spray alcohol into the gap between the model and the PEI plate to quickly release the model

Tested with conventional quality PETG filament:

Folding and unfolding lifespan approximately 200 times

Actual lifespan is affected by the following factors:

Printing with low-quality, damp, overly brittle, or poorly adhering filament may lead to:

The model's slicing parameters have been optimized for structural durability

Ordinary users do not need to modify critical structural parameters; simply print with the default configuration.

Over-adjusting the following parameters may affect structural lifespan:

Precautions Before Printing

To avoid printing failures due to abnormal first layer adhesion, please before printing:

• Dust-free cloth cleaning
• Keep the plate free of oil stains / fingerprints / dust

Platform contamination may lead to:

• Warping
• Local detachment
• Dimensional errors
• Abnormal assembly of folding structure

Usage Tips

• For first assembly, open and close slowly
• Avoid forceful reverse folding
• Do not apply heavy pressure for long periods in high-temperature environments
• For long-term load-bearing, the PETG printed version is recommended
