Tie down hook bracket for Ford (exactly Tourneo Custom but it may suits other models).

Check guide rails type on photos - in this model there is just two straight rails (without rounded cut-outs) with little locks under one of them.

This hook suits 25mm load securing belt (the most popular, I suppose).

Original Ford part for that rails is “PZ31-B550A74”. Remember that my project is just a plastic! Even if you use PA/PC, it is still just a plastic. Original part is made of steel, can handle ~600kg and has some kind of certificate or guarantee that it will work…

On the other hand I have made some tests and even hooks printed with PLA (*1) are suitable for attaching dog cage or some of luggage. And it's cheaper (I won’t even mention availability) than original part so you can use more of them.

(*1)

I have used PLA for test prints but normally it's not suitable material (not only for this but also for other car details). I recommend something durable like PC or PA, but you can try ABS/ASA. Even PET-G should be worth trying.

Using:

Put both hooks in rails next to each other; part “nnA”  suits side with locks, “nnB” is for other. Then slide them together.

(see photos)

Printing:

print on side (as in my print profile) or on back (I don't like the effect but may be better if you have problems with durability).
