This is a functional, compact miter box designed for small-scale DIY projects, modeling, or craft work. It allows for precise manual cuts at the most common angles using a hand saw.
Features:
- ENHANCED 45° VERTICAL CUTTING: Engineered with tall, stable guides specifically to support precise 45° vertical cuts (bevels), which are often difficult to achieve without a power miter saw.
- Standard Angles: Also includes robust guides for standard 90° and horizontal 45° miter cuts.
- Compact Design: Ideal for small workshops or desktop projects where a full-sized miter box is too bulky.
- Internal Width: Approximately 50mm (as shown in the reference images), perfect for small wooden slats, plastic profiles, or conduits.
Reinforced Walls: Designed with enough thickness to ensure stability and durability during sawing.
Unlike single-piece models that can be fragile, this design is split into sections to prioritize part strength and optimal print orientation.- Fit & Glue: The parts are designed to be snapped together and glued after printing. This creates a much more rigid structure than a single thin-walled print.
- Assembly Tip: Use a high-quality CA glue (super glue) or epoxy for a permanent, rock-solid bond.
