TPU Metatarsal Pad
Change the size of the pad to suit your needs using the slicer scale tool:
The pad must be printed from a flexible material. I have used 95A TPU successfully. You can adjust the softness of the pad by changing the sparse infill density in the slicer settings, a higher density leads to a harder pad:
