There's 3 parts to this design.
Rick, his lotus/meditation cushion

and a background where you can add a LED strip
 

The colors I used for the handpainted version are:
Vallejo Grey Primer (applied first)
Vallejo White
Vallejo Sky Blue
Citadel Kislev Flesh

In my opinion these colors are far more accurate to Rick Sanchez than market-available filament colors.
(At least what I could find)
Maybe you find better matching filaments. (Let us know!)
 

*if you have problems with the background halo multicolor pieces not fitting well into one another the solution is in the Quality tab and it's called

"X-Y hole compensation".  Try -0.1mm or -0.2mm if it comes loose and the halo pieces fall apart
