Flipswitch mount

This is a clean and robust mount for a standard toggle switch, perfect for any electronics or DIY project. I designed it to be both functional and easy to print, with large, clear "ON" and "OFF" labels.

The labels are embossed (raised) and separated, making them incredibly easy to "paint" in your slicer for a crisp, multi-color print with an AMS or similar system.

• 4-Way Cable Routing: You get 4 model files in this download, each with a wiring hole on a different face (Left, Right, Back, and Bottom). Just pick the one that best suits your project!
   
• Easy Multi-Color Printing: The "ON" and "OFF" text is raised and modeled separately, allowing for simple color changes in your slicer 
  (like "paint on").
   
• Simple Assembly: Designed to fit a standard panel-mount toggle switch. Just drop the switch in from the top and secure it with its mounting nut.
   
• Stable Mounting: The wide mounting flanges with pre-made holes make it easy to screw down onto any flat surface, panel, or enclosure.
   
• Clean & Tidy: The box design hides all your wiring and terminals, giving your project a professional, finished look.

Printing Instructions

• Orientation: Print as-is, with the mounting flanges flat on the build plate.
• Supports: Supports are needed.
• Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS/ASA will all work perfectly.
• Infill: 15-20% is more than strong enough.

Hardware Needed

• 1x Standard Toggle Switch: Designed for a common 12mm panel-mount toggle switch (measure your switch diameter to confirm).
• 2x Mounting Screws: Use any appropriate screw for your mounting surface (e.g., M3 screws, wood screws).
