This label plate is an Add On to the Spool Label ID and Clip from DestroyerOfWorlds found here https://makerworld.com/en/models/1015339-spool-label-id-and-filament-clip-all-in-one?from=search#profileId-995489. You can stick your printed labels onto the plate which should perfectly slide into the clip with just enough friction so that it holds itself in place.
