Description
I wanted a miniature construction cone that can stack with others. I actually use these when one of my cats pukes as a caution sign for anyone else in the house to avoid until it can be wet vacuumed and fully cleaned.
For different layer colors I use the switch filament option in the slicer.
- Write down the total layers
- Figure out how many layers the base is.
- Subtract the total layers from the base layers which gives you how many layers in the cone part and divide by how many transitions you want.
- Add the layer thickness measurement to the base count to give you the first layer change.
- Continue adding the layer thickness count each time.
Suggested print settings:
- Infill: 100% - as there isn't much wall thickness and a heavier base is nice
- Layer Height: 0.2
- No supports should be needed.
