Description
The trick involves a small box containing a hollow cube. Inside this hollow cube are eight smaller cubes. When the box is shaken, the large cube adheres to the box's ceiling via magnets. The smaller cubes fall to the bottom, scattering within the box. This creates the illusion that the large cube has transformed into eight smaller ones.
Important: During printing, pauses in the slicer must be scheduled to manually insert the magnets. The magnets measure 4 × 2 mm (4 mm diameter, 2 mm height) and are included in the Maker’s Beginner Kit. Insertion may be challenging—a firm tool, such as pliers or a blunt metal object, is recommended to carefully press the magnets into their designated recesses.
Ensure the upward-facing polarity of all magnets is consistent for the trick to function correctly.
