Description
Clear the way for perfect prints! Meet the Mini Dozer Bed Scraper!!! – small, mighty, and made to keep your 3D printer's bed spotless 🧹🚜
- Blade lays even with build plate and allows for a smooth scrape when removing filament or prints ^^^
- Perfect for a unique bed scraper to have a little fun when cleaning or a nice decoration to sit near your printer as well :)
- Works great in basic PLA and tested in Bambu Silk PLA+ for the blade which also worked well but not as good as PLA or a stronger filament
Extra walls added to provide for a stronger scraper and was printed in both Basic PLA & Silk PLA +
* Be gentle with exhaust as it is a smaller detail of the model as well as make sure you have the correct presets for your filament (Add walls or a generic cylinder 2x2x7 in mm for strength if the exhaust pipe is too fragile)
* Press down slightly placing your finger on the backside of the dozer blade to get better grip and to get underneath the filament for best results
- Wanted to create a unique bed scraper that resembled a bulldozer so you can easily clear your printing bed in style
- Print in single color or the painted profile to match colors of different construction equipment 👷
- Printed in 0.4mm nozzle but can use larger nozzle sizes for a 30 min print or less
- Modeled inside of Fusion 360
