Looking at your photo, it looks like your nozzle is running way too close to the bed, which is causing that uneven thickness. I actually use a similar third-party cold plate, and their soft coating can sometimes make the automatic bed leveling inaccurate, especially with a tiny 0.2 mm nozzle. To fix this, you have a couple of solid options. First, you can set a custom Z-offset in your slicer to lift the nozzle slightly, or run a manual first layer flow calibration to reduce the flow rate. Another great trick is to raise your first layer height to 0.15 mm in your slicer. This gives the filament a bit more breathing room and helps mask any minor leveling issues.
