Started in 2020 with the Creality CR-6, but quickly found out that this machine was too limited.
After that I self sourced and built a Voron 2.4 300x300 and had a lot of fun building and tuning it. I printed with that for a long time, but ran into some limitations like, multi material and chamber heating.
Considered to mod the printer with a tool changer and a chamber heating until I ran into the Bambu H2D.
So far I love it!

To my opinion, the bar between the ASM 2 Pro and AMS Ht needs a redesign. It is not properly supporting the HT. It leans more against the 2 Pro than that it stands on the middle beam.
For the rest it is a great design.

Good git on the components. I created the gears and spindles in ABS to get a bit more strength.

Holes in model are a bit big, I made some adjustments to minimize accidental triggers.

The single clicker could have been a bit optimized. The membrane is a bit short.
Further the parts print very well with the supplied profile. Gaps are percfect.

I printed it wit Bambu PLA Matte and Bambu PETG HF as support interface material.

I printed the 3 slot version, but the design lacks a bit of stability. I have it positioned against the side of a closet but the slightest air stream makes it tilt over.

Great design. I only changed the diameter of the holes to fit my 6mm magnets.
used ASA-CF and PETG-HF.

Probably will print another one in PETG on the smooth PEI plate. The push/rotate is not running super smooth. Great design though.
