Everyone knows George Lucas created Star Wars, but far fewer people are aware of the man who helped make that vision a reality: Ralph McQuarrie. This hilt is my tribute to one of Ralph’s earliest lightsaber sketches – a quick doodle on a scrap of paper that I first saw years ago in a Star Wars concept art book. I’ve always wanted to turn it into a real, hold-in-your-hand prop, so I finally did.

I've had 'creator's block' for a few months and am trying to get back into it and finish up some designs that I started a while back. I present you the Darth Vader Stunt Saber from Return of the Jedi (the DV6). This hilt was originally Luke's in Empire Strikes Back and was modified to more closely resemble Vader's Hero saber. As with all my models, this is print and play. NO GLUE (cause glue sucks) and no post processing other than removing some supports. Enjoy!

I’m a self-confessed coffee snob—office and hotel brews just don’t cut it. Always chasing the perfect travel setup, I recently picked up the Oxo Rapid Brew. The jury is still out, but it might just dethrone my beloved AeroPresses. To make it more portable, I designed a carafe gasket and a basket cap to keep things clean and compact on the go.

I just added a Rebel Alliance insert for my Tri-Hilt Lightsaber stand. The stand is a one piece design and VERY solid. It can easily handle the heaviest of hilts without flexing. I just posted a spool adapter designed to work with Sunlu 250g spools and 1kg cardboard spools with an 83mm I.D. tube (Bambu, Elegoo, Kingroon, etc.). You can quickly swap these spools between the AMS/AMS2 Pro and AMS lite when paired with me K.I.S.S. spool adapter.
