I used these soft-close slides from Amazon. They have dual holes at the back, so I modified the extension to accommodate. I also made a cover plate with clamp to help keep the stack from tilting on my desk. Top AMS is fixed, and bottom has the feet printed in TPU.
Printed in mostly BL ABS. Since they don't make purple ABS, that is Likesilk ABS.
I needed more screws for the mounts, so I bought #6 3/4" screws. Those were just a tad too long, so I'd recommend 1/2" instead. You can see the stress points on the rails where it started to break through. Still strong, and doesn't touch the AMS, but just noted.

Thanks to BL for highlighting my anti-vibration feet model! I didn't realize they had redesigned the feet, and although my adapter worked with them if put in upside down, I ordered some and created a new model to support the new ones as well, so now both are supported.
