I printed this in Elegoo's Sparkle Red PLA and it looks phenomenal! Bonus points that Jellybean actually enjoys wearing it.

had to scale it up to 165mm wide (inside measurements across the cheekbones) to fit my son, but it’s great! I recommend doing a test print at 5% adaptive cubic to save time and material until you get what you’re looking for. I am 6’ @ 200 lbs and printed mine at 156mm. My son is 6’ 6” tall and heavier than I am. the stuff coming out of the mouth is my beard lol

The print does not rest flat and the teeth did not form well while using the native settings, but I think it adds to the character a bit. Not enough for me to abandon it. I’ll noodle with the settings a bit. Maybe scale it up. great work!

This was so much fun! Gave one to a friend as a gift and he annoyed everyone with it. That's a win.

The print itself is fantastic! Best to warm up your rotation before spinning so it gets a good even revolution going. It would be really helpful if there was a visual aid of the assembly process. I found instructions in one of the first comments, but they could be a little more straightforward. The axis nut fits SNUGLY in place. I had to bust out some tools to help hammer it in, but eventually got it. If you use the default settings, you don’t have to worry about it breaking. Overall great!

It’s a sturdy design that looks great next to the sofa! no complaints.
