First ever 3d model created and thusly first child born from printer in this manner. Forged out of need as i had spent many many nights wandering the web for a way to mount my g9 HUGE power brick to my sim rig. Alas no more, i took some YT lessons as a retired bloke and worked it out. it even works. I understand there may be ways to make it lighter etc etc but hey, its a once off print, i even used draft settings and left it.

I’m using this to make frames to hold power supplies and amps, didn’t care too much for strength but damn, a lot sturdier and stronger than I anticipated! printed like a dream
I am joining these with an inside curved corner bracket which looks very neat, is there any chance you can design a square piece that can join the two ends of 4040 together at a 90° angle to make it even cleaner? I found some models of this kind of thing but they don’t fit correctly and your design is clean
