I dripped silicone oil on the build plate. Even after scrubbing with soap and water, the texture of the plate retained some of the silicone and every once in a while i'd lose my first layer adhesion on that spot where it dripped.
I ran this print twice (probably was fine after the first run tbh) and now my plate is nice and sticky again. 10/10
