The printed part can be gently heated with a lighter or heat gun, shaped to fit your helmet, and attached using double-sided tape. The model includes intentional dimensional allowances to ensure proper fitting. Printed on AD5M with a 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.1 mm layer height, supports enabled, 25% infill, using PETG—other similar materials will also work.
