Bio
I am currently a high school student interested in CADD, engineering, and 3D printing. I enjoy creating a range of designs and bringing them to life as physical objects through a variety of means. I am also interested in the overlap between CNC and craft production processes. For example, I make objects using digital and handworked approaches in woodworking that are enhanced with 3D printed elements. My functional designs have a purpose, but also reflect my own aesthetic preferences.

The first time I printed it it went great. then I printed 2 on the same plate again and it had bed adhesion issues and spaggetied likely due to there small size. I switched to gyroid infill and scale it up and they printed great.

The Angular Stripes Series is inspired by industrial equipment and minimal sculpture. As with many of my designs, I prefer to combine 3D printed materials with natural ones. The Angular Stripes Pencil Holder incorporates plastic (PLA featured in photo) and hardwood (oak featured in photo). For this design, I fabricated a wooden base that compliments the black PLA nicely.
