My creative process was inspired by my cat's obsession with stealing my printer's purge poops! I wanted to upcycle this daily waste into a safe, zero-waste pet toy. Print Settings & Process: I designed a hollow Voronoi sphere. The key to this model is a simple slicer trick: I programmed a built-in Pause (M0) right before the top of the ball closes. During this pause, the user simply drops a handful of trimmed purge poops inside the hollow print. Once resumed, the printer bridges the top layers, trapping the recycled filament inside forever to create a perfect rattle! I highly recommend printing it in TPU for maximum durability and a quieter bounce on hard floors.
