Description
This ravioli maker is designed to produce 30 ravioli at a time. It consists of three main components:
1. **Lower Mold**: This mold has 30 cavities, where the pasta will be placed. It acts as the base for forming the ravioli, providing the shape and structure for each individual piece.
2. **Filling Jig**: This component has 30 cavities corresponding to those in the lower mold. It is placed directly on top of the pasta, ensuring that each cavity is filled precisely with the desired filling.
3. **Punch Plate**: The final component is a plate equipped with 30 punches. These punches are positioned to push the filling into the pasta cavities at the desired height. The punch plate is guided into position by two side columns, ensuring that all components align perfectly and the ravioli are formed precisely.
Together, these elements work in harmony to create 30 perfectly formed and filled ravioli with precision and efficiency.
