Description

Version 2 is here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2890144-flying-submarine-from-dog-man-comic-v2#profileId-3229086

My 10 yr old son's second Tinkercad modelling project is here! He loves Dog Man and flying vehicles, so I'm not surprised he chose The Flying Submarine from the Dog Man comic 20,000 Fleas Under the Sea as his next 3d model.

The model is ready to be printed in two plates. The main body is vertically split into two to eliminate the need for support. Just print, line up the parts, and glue them. You can scale up for a bigger model but would not recommend going smaller as the protruding parts would become too thin, they could warp or break easily.

Second plate has the parts for the prop, which will need support for the prop and brim for the rod, already enabled in the profile. Please glue the rod to the body, insert the prop, and the stopper sits snugly at the tip by itself once you press it in gently. The prop should spin freely, and it's an amazing prop!

On that note, we would like to thank https://makerworld.com/en/@FuzzihunZ for allowing us to use and remix his prop https://makerworld.com/en/models/942935 in our project as well as for his support and encouragement.

Enjoy the model :)

PS. Added the Keychain for it as the 3rd print profile!
