Each day of the week I arrive to work later and later due to the increased amount of time necessary to open the box to that given day. This wont effect everyone but my daily routine is very efficient and i have reduced all waste and variation so it effects me greatly.

> Slider can be installed both directions I suggest printing a second box and install the slider in reverse, so you can switch the box each week. This way your times of being late each day will even out over the course of a couple weeks.

Works like a charm in PETG... I also modified just a bit as I take meds AM and PM.. Added 25mm tray for evening rounds..

Or a two week one, wher you could open the first part seperately. I usually dump my pills into my hand so it is easier.

This is a really nice pill box but the lip on each cavity is a deal killer for my elderly mom. It makes the curved bottom ineffective since the pill gets hung on the lip. She has to turn it over to get the pills out which many times, some of them will end up on the floor. If you could eliminate the lip (thicker walls on the insert maybe) it would be perfect. Just giving some constructive suggestions and why. Overall, great work and I really appreciate you sharing it with the 3d community.

Oh, after I posted my review, I see you created a Beta 2.1 version of the insert to fix the lip. I'll print it out and let you know how it works for us. Thanks!

It's a really good thing. For even better movement, I added a drop of olive oil on each side. The only downside is that it's a bit too small for gym people, even though I increased it to 120%.

Pretty decent, thanks for the model. I printed it with PLA and have sprayed a tiny* amount of PTFE dry lube into the tracks making the opening/closing extremely smooth. The only issue I see so far, is that while the interior compartments have a curve to make pulling pills out easy, the curve goes under the lip on the side rendering the curve useless. *Sprayed a tiny, tiny, tiny! amount into the one corner on each side, then opened/closed the slide 5-10 times to work it into the track.

i can thicken the wall to compensate the lip, just felt most people just flip the case anyway.

stock settings worked well, I would turn the brim off on the first plate if I printed another. colors were from left over Christmas filament

it’s possible I adjusted something unintentionally. model design and fit is superb, tolerances were surprisingly optimal using basic PLA.
