These are the Water Lily Case and Lilypad Carry Case for the Lily58 keyboard! Specifically, the Typeractive.xyz wireless variety of the Lily58. I wasn't able to find any publicly available cases for this specific board, all of the other cases having MX switch spacing rather than the more condensed Choc V1 spacing. Hopefully, this is helpful to other folks searching for cases designed for this specific board!
Needed to complete:
- 10x M3-6mm or M3-8mm Flat Head Machine Screws, Phillips or hex head are fine
- 8x rubber cupboard bumpers
- I used Tru Guard ½" diameter Bumpers, but as long as they're ¾" or less, and thinner than ~3.1mm, you'll be fine
Assembly:
- Start by pressing the top plate onto the switch side of the PCB.
- The fitment of the posts through the thru holes on the PCB will likely be pretty tight. I didn't need to sand them down, but you might find that necessary.
- The switches will snap into the top plate
- You'll want to be careful that you don't bend the pins on the bottom (I might have done this a few times lol).
- Screw the bottom plate onto the top plate.
- Be careful that you don't over-tighten the screws as to avoid snapping the post off of the top plate.
- Done!
