This is full verison of the pistion trophy design. Full size , Bore dia 98mm. There are major feature changes from the semi-assembled one. The piston rod position have 15 degree to 30 degree max angle adjustbility from vertical center line. Pistion have 60degrees adjustbility from horizontal surface. All the connection part will have tight fit by design so you could keep it in position after adjustment.

The dripping overhang issue is also taken consider during design process, by the orientation that I put on print file, these amount of overhang will work as friction component to keep the over all fitting tolerancing. At the same time those ugly overhang is not visiable to you after assembled. So, good deal. To proof there is attention to detail on my work, lol. (If your filament have huge sinkage rate, it might cause issue.)

There is no other hardware required. All parts are printable, but you will need to assembly it yourself.

I made different print files for different color setting. Introduction is below. It would be a great little build project with kids.

Tag is interchangeable.

Have fun!

All the parts:

Assembly instruction:

Due to the different material sinkage rate are different, I have tested many different revision of bolts sizes, but most of them end up hard to assembly, or break eaily for silk filament . At the end, I have decided to change the bolt to pin. All the pins are designed to be tight fit. You may need to hammer it down a little bit.

Step 1: crankshaft holder assembly.

Step 2: Coupler for connecting rod. Hammer in the pin on rod side first, then put coupler in.

Step 3: Install piston rings. Make sure the cut are not alined, lol, you don't have to. Car guy, you know why.

Step 4: Connecting rod with piston.

Step 5: Put piston assembly on crankshaft rod. And, you done.

Some print file different:

Option one: Ultimate color version. More plate, so you have switch different color of filaments that you want.

Option two: Less plates.

Thank you for this. Printing was fun and the print profile was also good. I only made slight design changes to the logo etc.
