I fully agree... I guess thats a problem with makerworld generated files...
I can see that in the slicer preview.
Full height is 1.4mm, plate 1mm, shapes 0,4mm... Why the slicer makes this i don't know. Maybe the letters stick better together?

What I’m seeing after printing and looking at the machine most of the time it’s looks like ironing is probably on at every layer. I’m positive that’s on. Also I’m using the Bambu Handy app to just print the files over
A member told me that the last white layer gets ironed so the letters would not stick well on that so the printer needs to fix that.
You can disable ironing but quality is not the same...
What are 4 hours? My Prusa needs 12! :D
