<h2>🛠️ Modifications &amp; Improvements I Made</h2>I made several changes to improve printability, avoid glue issues, and enhance the final look. Here’s a clear breakdown:<h2>🔩 1. Base Pieces Merged Into One</h2>I combined the two original base pieces into a single part so it can be printed in one shot.&nbsp;Why?<ul><li>Avoids gluing (I had multiple failed attempts with the ball — see photos).</li><li>Ensures cleaner alignment and a stronger final part.</li><li>Reduces post-processing.</li></ul><h2>🎯 2. Better Way to Align &amp; Insert the Ball</h2>The original model have guides for ball alignment, but for 50% size, this is very small and you won&#39;t be able to fit it, so I created a technique that avoids glue mistakes.&nbsp;What I used instead:<ul><li>The 1.75 mm filament fits the small holes almost perfectly.</li><li>Open the holes slightly using the small Bambu Lab Allen key or a 1.7mm drill bit</li><li>Use a piece of filament as a guide pin.</li></ul>Extra tip to prevent glue sticking:<ul><li>Insert the Allen key deeper to slightly increase hole depth.</li><li>This allows using a slightly larger filament.</li><li>That creates more separation from the glue while inserting the ball.</li><li>Always but the glue on the same side of filament</li><li>Do not put glue into filament tip, so you can fit the filament first, so once aligned you can squish the ball and glue it</li></ul>This made assembly much easier and cleaner.<h2>✨ 3. Better Surface Quality With Print Settings</h2>I optimized the print settings to improve shine and smoothness — even using normal PLA.Changes I made:<ul><li>Layer height: 0.08 mm → drastically reduces visible layer lines.</li><li>Slower speed for the top layers → smoother, shinier finish.</li><li>Works especially well with silk PLA, but regular PLA also looks great.</li></ul><h2>⏱️ 4. Reduced Infill to Save Time</h2>To shorten print time without losing strength:<ul><li>Ball infill: 10% → saves about 1 hour per ball.</li><li>Base infill: also 10% (with 4 walls) → still very strong.</li></ul>This significantly reduces print time while keeping structure solid.<h2>🧷 5. Brim Added for Better Plate Adhesion</h2>My first print failed near the end because the base came loose, so I added a brim.Brim settings:<ul><li>Base: 0.1 mm offset (helps adhesion without being hard to remove)</li><li>Balls: 0.18 mm offset (ball already has a good contact area)</li></ul>Removes cleanly and prevents late-print failures.<h2>🌀 6. Gyroid Infill &amp; Speed Adjustments</h2>I used Gyroid infill for strength and efficiency, but noticed the nozzle occasionally hit some layers.To improve reliability:<ul><li>Brim helps stabilize the print.</li><li>For some prints, I reduced the speed to 50% after the halfway point.<ul><li>Increases print time significantly.</li><li>Slightly improves quality.</li><li>Optional — not worth it if you’re in a hurry.</li></ul></li></ul><h2>📩 Need Help?</h2>If you have any questions or want my settings file, feel free to contact me! 50% size - 0.08mm, 4 walls, one piece 15% + 10% infill ball

Vince Lombradi Trophy. THIS IS A MULTI-PART TROPHY, that means it does not require an AMS! The different components are modeled with connecting pins to achieve a press with a bit of CA glue. If you print with a layer height of 0.08 you can hide the top pattern and it will be on the string of the ball. The trophy this its measure is 47cm, which I have never had problems when printing the same as its scale to 50% which is in a measure of 25cm. PS: A separate board has been created with the connection pins since some users had problems when printing together with part of the ball. The original size of the vince lombardi is 55,8cm, is very cool trophy for any NFL fan. If you like it and print it leave me a like and upload your photo, i´ll be waiting for any questions or improvements for the file, LET´s GO!&nbsp;New print file due to, found an error the ball lamination, all solved, ENJOY YOUR PRINT!!!!
