Update 9.28.25 - Updated the motor shield to include an on/off rocker switch to control the Optical Bullet Feeder. There are now 2 versions of the motor shield (one with a lens for the led on the speed controller if you have translucent filament and one that does not have a lens).

Current Users -

If you are upgrading from my old bullet feeder you only need to print a couple of files to convert to the updated design.

  • Print the motor mount from this download and add the headphone jack
  • Print the new updated nose guide for improved performance

Don't forget to download the matching Optical Bullet Feeder Sensor Switch. If you don't want to use the Optical Switch, I have a drop tube that will accept a proxmity sensor instead but you'll need to figure out how to control the motor.

This is a remix of the design found at dewz.pro. The bullet feeder has been tested with 9mm and .223. I have added a file for .45 ACP but I have not tested it yet.

This feeder works great when paired with a DAA Mr. Bullet Feeder die and DAA Powder Funnel.

I have made some improvements over my last bullet feeder.

  • Updated motor mount
    • Now includes the motor controler (no longer needs a separate controller box!)
    • Now uses a 4-pole headphone cord to connect to the optical swith (no longer needs delicate JXT connectors!)
    • Improved nose guide

All files needed are included here.

  • Dillon adapter added in case you do not have a case feeder to hang the Bullet Feeder from
  • Holder has been modified to fit GolluB's case feeder bowl (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3607034/files)
  • Feeder plates have been modified so they are easier to switch out
  • Added a shield to protect the motor
