Description

After my first version was criticized for not being adjustable finely enough, here comes V2. This can be adjusted very precisely

Who hasn't tried in vain to hang a picture properly with nails. But it's never really level?

Here's the solution. The adjustable picture hanger.

Easy to install with a screw and dowel or with double-sided adhesive tape.

Precise height adjustment thanks to the ratchet function

I love that 3D printers are being used for bringing ideas, like this to life. It allows people with the imagination, to solve problems in unique ways; to help all the other people searching for a thingamabob, for that same problem. Bloody marvelous design!!

or you just hit the lower nail until it lines up with the other nail... really no 3d printing required to solve this "problem"

Ever missed it by a mm? With a screw? Then when you try to move it you just make a bigger hole? Especially in drywall this could be a life saver for some people.

But have you ever driven a nail in the wall ? Try it and then move the nail 2mm :))

These parts are quite practical and helpful I dislike drilling as the holes are usually offset by two or three millimeters resulting in crooked pictures This problem is now solved

Is it clear to you that one can simply hammer the lower of the two nails up by 2-3 mm? I do not understand the purpose of this print A solution for a non-existent problem, or one that can be solved much more easily and quickly without 3D printing

If you don't need it, don't print it, I'm sure there are people who actually need something like this that solves their problem.

I would argue I usually don't hang stuff with nails. With screws and drywall anchors you are in trouble if you are off by just a little bit.

Printed without issues. I’ll print a few more to help a friend with the alignment of some pictures.

Nice model. For me it was hard screwing in the small parts but I will try to print some more out of another material or maybe reduce them 2-3%.

Might have to print me one of these. Can you make a longer one so there is more surface area for double sided tape?

I haven't printed it yet, but it will solve the problem of making more holes, thank you

Works great to give you a very adjustable French cleat style hanger. I was able to hang a large and funky piece of wall art in just a few minutes with these, and without having to adjust screws constantly to get it level. It weighs about ten pounds and this design seems to have no problem holding it up.
