You can change the colors of the letters in Bambu Lab Slicer (or Orca) and maybe when you print in Bambu Handy App. Change there the colors to your slot of each color.

how many blocks fit in the box? how many can I staple?

it fits perfect to the set of ATTV85. If you have another balancing Tetris it depends to the size of tiles. If they are too large you can put the rest into the second part.
