I will look at it. I had problem with different filaments and for bigger head you can change scale to 105-110% and infill 60% for better result. Hope this will help to you :)

3 stars because it looks great, and hey, it is being offered for free.... but the headband part is a little too loose and flimsy. Wasn't the easiest thing to print, but it did work. For some reason (maybe intentional?), my print did 90% of the band and then the head would go back and cover the last cm of the end pieces. This cause some collisions a few times and failed prints because any tiny glob would kick the printer head as it went back over it, potentially ruining the bed adhesion on the sensetive, long, headband part. Your work is appreciated though!!!
