If there is anything my wife loves more than drinking tea, it's collecting mugs to drink tea out of. As our mug/tea cabinet was slowly filling to the brim, I decided I would turn to CAD and 3D printing to solve the problem. We have a slightly unique situation in our kitchen cabinet in that it has a built in lazy Susan but a lot of wasted vertical space. As such, I present:
The Lazy Susan Shelf Expansion!
Designed with structure and stability in mind, the print in separated into two pieces that can snap fit together with an eye slot joint. The legs are chamfered to increase strength, and the edges of the top circle are chamfered as well to increase bed adhesion during printing. The circle in the middle is designed to fit around a rod that is 19.17mm in diameter.
