UPDATE: 2025-02-26 Apologies for the delay, added countersunk holes for screws that were missed the first time around.

UPDATE 01-23-2025: Added 8 new fun designs and further tweaked profiles!

UPDATE 01-16-2025: Changed location of key from TPU outer to the inner ring for better printing tolerance. Make sure to choose the newer profile. If you have already printed and have no issues then there is no update needed

I was searching for a way to reduce the sound of the Python AMS as much as possible so I modified the original spool gear. This is printed in 2 pieces. The outer in TPU fits over the PETG inner with the keys lining up into place. I noticed a small difference in sound from having only the smaller gear in TPU.

Depending on your printer you may need to make the outer gear 1% or less smaller for a snug fit. I have tested both snug fits and loose fits and have had zero issues in a couple hundred hours of printing.
