Description
Stackable dessicant drying tray, to be used with a heated bed.
Tray can be printed multiple times and stacked, trays are self centering with the chamfer edge design.
Walls of the tray have 1.5mm openings so that moisture can escape during the drying process, but it's small enough that dessicants cannot fall out.
Lid on plate 2 helps contain the heat in the tray so it dries faster, it also has a cut corner design so that you can pour from a corner.
I printed it with PETG, and set bed temp 75C with chamber fan @ 10% to hopefully remove moisture out of the chamber.
Works better if bed temp is set to 90+C, but you'll need high temp materials like ABS, ASA, PC…etc
can also function as a fine sifting tray if needed.
