This is a customization kit you can use to style your AMS Riser V2 in the style of a certain famous retro console.

When I was printing my AMS Riser, I noticed that the grey color filament I was using reminded me of this console. After printing side and rear panels for the riser in purple, I knew I had to finish off the design by making a few parts to complete the homage.

Kit Contents
* Left Cover with Super Printendo Logo
* Right Cover with Faux Controller Ports
* Power / Reset Button Themed Drawer Handles

Faceplate Variations

Main Design Versions

  • Core: Logo and artwork stay within areas that don’t overlap with the hole covers. This keeps things simple and clean.
  • Extended: Logo and artwork spread across the hole covers for a more eye-catching and cohesive design. The covers are still removable.
  • Seamless: Just like Extended, but with permanently closed covers for a fully integrated look.

Left Side Cover Options

  • Detailed: Includes small logo text on the left-side cover. Perfect if you’re using a 0.2mm nozzle and want all the fine details.
  • Simple: Removes the small logo text (Fabrication System) for a cleaner, minimalist look. Ideal for standard 0.4mm nozzles since the tiny text can be tricky to print cleanly without a smaller nozzle.

Pick the combo that suits your style and printer setup best!

Filament & Color Choices
For all prints in photos, the light gray and purple features are Creality PETG. The dark gray text used SUNLU gray PETG. If you prefer Bambu filaments, I have linked what you need below. Bambu offers all three colors needed for a PLA print, but only two (no purple) for PETG, which is still enough to print the covers. A darker color purple than what I used would best match the original console, but we are pretty limited in colors in the FDM world, so don't stress and just enjoy whatever looks good to you.
