A smooth 4-in-1 PTFE adapter for using an AMS, rear spool holder and a dual spool drybox or secondary spool holder together on a Bambu. Updated design with PTFE tubes slid inside the adapter as far as possible to minimize filament contact with the printed part. Tapered outlet to toolhead PTFE to eliminate filament snagging on the edge of the PTFE. This is an updated design of my previous version.
This part can also be used to replace the $50 AMS hub (that's currently out of stock) if using more than one AMS, see feedback from my previous version of this adapter:
Mine is printed in ASA but other materials should be fine as well. Prints beautifully in 1hr 45min (with my ASA profile, tuned for high quality instead of speed) and only takes around 15g of filament. The part has no crazy overhangs or bridges so any standard profile for PLA etc. should work fine.
Hex shaped magnet pockets for easy installation, small notches also included to help removing the magnets if needed :)
No supports required!

BOM:
-printed part
-5pcs 6x3mm magnets
-5pcs PC4-M10 pneumatic fittings (like these, for example)
Assembly:
-check with a piece of filament that the bottom hole of the “Y” (the one pointing towards the toolhead) is not too tight, deburr with a 2mm drill bit if needed
-insert magnets
-make sure a 4mm bowden tube fits all the way into the four branches of the Y along with the shallow pocket on top connection, test this before threading on the pneumatic fittings
-thread the pneumatic fittings on (if using PLA don't use excessive force, they don't need to be super tight)
-insert adapter on PTFE tube coming from the printhead, make sure it's seated all the way
-insert other PTFE tubes, make sure they are inserted all the way
-enjoy!
