Bambu AMS Refill Spool EM-AMS Twist Lock

Bambu AMS refill spool. Should fit official Bambu Spools, e-SUN refill for Bambu. I took a different approach. I found that the official printable bambu version with small tabs or ‘bumps’ that lock the spool halves together eventually wear out. 

In this version, the two halves thread together. There should be enough friction between the two pieces to hold them together. However, if you are paranoid about the parts coming unthreaded there are slots on the second part that line up with holes on the first part. The holes are sized to thread in a M3 socket or button head screw to lock the two halves together. You only need 1 screw. 

There are holes and many slots in the event that you damage one of the holes. Plus with various printer / filament tolerances the hole that lines up for you may not be the same as someone else. Because of the variances of printing it is quite difficult to “time” the threads such that the parts end up in the same place for everyone printing. This is the reason behind the various holes.
