Description

This design is a customized version of the wall mount for Milwaukee M18 battery, tailored specifically to integrate seamlessly with IKEA Skadis boards. Note: The hooks require support structures.

Lock plug

If the holder tends to slide out of the pegboard holes when you retrieve your battery, consider printing the IKEA Skadis Lock Plug in 12mm I attached. Depending on your print settings, filament and board, you might have to choose another size or you prefer the flat variant with no handle.

Printed 2 of these and they came out great. The only issue I had was the lock plug (12mm listed in the Print Profiles) wasn't the right size, so I went to the linked file in the comments and measured/found the right size. I could not use the double-sided plugs as the battery almost touches the Skadis board, so I printed the flat ones and they seem to hold well when using the right size. Overall it is a really nice print.

Thank you for the feedback. Which plug size did you ultimately choose? Which material did you use for printing – PLA or something else?

I used Bambu PLA Basic and the 8mm flat lock plug worked for me. Now, I don't know what the tolerances are between Skadis boards or boards of different materials, so it might be different for others.

This is a notable discrepancy. Until now, I have only observed variances up to 1mm. Could it be that the holder was not properly seated?
