The Star of David as a multi-color string art piece!
The Star of David is the shape of a hexagram (the compound of two equilateral triangles) and is a generally recognized symbol of both Jewish identity and Judaism.
3d printed string art is a more recent technique popularized by 3dprintbunny which utilizes thing strands of printed material (in this case, PLA) to give the visual appearance of strands of thread.

This model includes 3 print profiles:
- A multi-color print option where the ring and each string direction is a separate color (4 colors, AMS required)
- A single-color print option where the entire design is one color of your choice (No AMS requirement)
- A two-color optional base with customizable text (No AMS requirement)
- Customize text in Bambu Studio - Right click “text_shape” item, click “Edit Text,” enter new text in “Input text” field, click out of option, slice, print, enjoy!
All options include nail holes in the back of the ring to easily hang the item. If utilizing the base, it is recommended to secure the ring to the base with glue.
Please use the print profile settings. This includes .2mm layer height, arachne walls, and no supports. You will get a warning about needing supports, please ignore it. Additionally, this print will not scale well due to the precise size of each string. If you are desiring a different overall size, please let me know and I can try and make one for you. Thank you!
