Description

A buddy suggested I make a light box from the old Comedy Central logo, from back when comedy was funny. It was a fun little design!

Nothing super special - uses an M1.7 screw for retention and a USB-C snap-in insert for power. Provided profiles print beautifully, particularly on FW 1.07!

interested in the dimensions for the holes for electronics

For the snap-in? The inner rectangle is the hole, the outer top loop is cut to a depth of 1.5mm thickness so the retention arms will hold properly, and the top bit is chamfered to allow clean printing.

Just note that I do the walls attached to the base on mine (and by surveys only about 1/3rd of people do), so if you don't but you want to save some time you could do a height range modifier above your translucent elements to crank the layer height up to 0.28 for your walls.
