Yeah I have no idea why that happened. I have printed this only in PLA and had no issues. The color looks awesome! What filament are you using?

Printed in PLA. The hinge is flimsy, which was expected, but the lock is so thick, it’s impossible to open it without dropping all the contents on the floor. Additional alignment lip would also be great

I intentionally had the lock thick as a safety feature and to make sure it does not open up on the go. The lock will loosen up a bit after opening and closing it couple of times. I appreciate the feedback thanks.
