Oh !! Please tell me what the top surface filament is that you used! Does it diffuse the light, like a Dvd or a CD ?

This is Everfil 3D Kordo ASA, the surface structure with the rainbow effect is an imprint of the printing plate

printed great on the X1C with a textured PEI plate. I’m not sure that the smaller layer height is required, but I also figured I should just go with what the original designer intended. I printed it in PLA and can stretch it to use on lids up to about 72mm in diameter. cool gadget, definitely adding to the kitchen tools drawer!

A larger layer height may be a better option for this model since it reduces print time and detail isn't a huge concern. Thanks for the review!

it turned out awesome.. i added a text modifier to it "The Gumption". 😄 except mine didn't really grip very good. i wonder if it's from using the matte pla instead of basic pla. the jar lids mostly just slip

printed fine, chnaged to my onw 0.28 layer height profile as is 1h faster.
but for EU half jars have bigger lids so not 100% usefull.
