Description for a self-constructed frame for 3D printed lithophanes:
This custom-designed frame provides an elegant and practical way to display 3D printed 200mm x 150mm lithophanes. The heart of the design is the removable panel, which makes it possible to easily replace the lithophane and thus flexibly use different motifs.
The frame is illuminated by an LED strip, which, in combination with an LED controller and remote control, allows a variety of lighting effects, such as: B. Color changes, brightness adjustments and dynamic modes. This gives the lithophane an impressive luminosity and optimally emphasizes the details of the print. I only used a warm white LED strip.
Power is supplied via a modern USB-C port, which offers a simple and reliable connection to standard power supplies, power banks or other USB-C devices.
The design of the frame combines functionality and aesthetics and is ideal for decorative purposes, gifts or personalized artwork.
