simple drip edge
Print Profile(1)

Description
I designed this drip edge for my garden shed and attached it above the door, as rainwater always ran into the shed through a crack above the door.
The drip edge prevents this and directs rainwater running down above the door away from the shed, so that it drips onto the ground in front of the shed.
I simply glued the elements to the shed using a sealant and then finally painted the whole thing with white spray paint.
You could also pre-glue the profiles with UHU hard plastic adhesive and then attach them. Sealant is however the easiest and fastest method here. Please use a paintable sealant. I also sealed the joints with sealant before painting. Due to the holes, the sealant provided 3 additional fixing points per profile.
Printed from PETG with Bambulab PETG Basic settings without AUX.
You can also use PLA if it will be painted.
When painting, simply apply many thin coats at 15-minute intervals, gradually increasing the thickness for better adhesion.
