For anyone curious, this design takes just over 600g of filament and 24 hours to print

i have added another file with larger hex pattern that reduces filament usage to 360gm and print time to 14 hours

did 25% infill - PLA - can confirm the larger hex = 15 hours. I did a few filament swaps.
Dell Latitude 7410 - fit hinge side up - Galaxy S7 Tablet fit a bit loose but good enough.
