Description

I designed a build plate scraper with 4 sides some time ago and I've been using it non stop ever since, it works really well, I thought I would design another scraper with 6 sides this time, it has the same comfortable ergonomic handle.

I printed the first one and thought it was a bit on the small side so I scaled it up in Fusion 360 both sizes will come in really handy.

To say it's just printed with standard PLA its pretty tough stuff, and I've completed a lot of prints and have been using the 4 sided version non stop ever since.

Another good little project using Fusion 360 and Printed with the Bambu X1

printed fine, after some use noticed some layer separation around the edges, also wished it worked better on textured plates, works great on smooth plates

Hi thanks for the comment, I’ve only used them on the smooth plate as it’s all I have at the moment, to use with a textured plate have you tried printed with PLA tough or something a bit more hard wearing, I’ve used the 4 sided scraper for months on the smooth plate, I will have to get the textured plate and try it.

I initially printed in PLA+, I will give it a go in PETG once it wears out and report back
