Description

Lost my OG star topper, and that one was just a plain pixelated yellow and black, so I made this one. There are a few profiles to choose from depending on your needs/sizes.

There were a 2 sections where the filament didn't quite seem to catch and left a gap which got printed over with more layers. I'm a 3DP noob so I'm not sure what caused that problem. Could've been my settings, could've been the mix of different types of PLA that I used. Either way it turned out pretty well and you can't really notice the minor defects unless you look closely. The side that was printed on my PEI plate looks great. I was also curious if I would need supports or not for that hole because there was no mention of it in the post but Bambu Studio was giving me some warning about a floating canitlever or something. I just went ahead and printed it without supports and it seems fine since you're not really seeing the inside anyway and it's still perfectly functional for the purpose of being a hole lol Printer: P1S with AMS Bambu PLA Matte Black Bambu PLA Basic Orange Bambu PLA Tough Yellow Thanks for sharing.

Looks good! Sometimes filament and environment can make some prints vary. I have printed this about 8 times with no issues on the settings here, but sometimes even my settings will be wonky if the ambient temp is off. I do not do any supports for this print since the only place I would consider it is for the tree slot, but it comes out good enough for this purpose. Thank you for printing.
