Description

Medium-sized lightweight bookend inspired by xyzaxis's Lightweight Bookend (Thingiverse).

Simple, low-filament usage.

The lower end of the vertical portion is not attached to the bottom, which removes a strain point where it would otherwise fail under heavier load.

Prints with a small brim at the skinny end to decrease the chance of peeling off the bed; clip it off after printing. Suggest using a high-adhesion bed like PEI.

Print Settings

  • Line width: 0.4mm
  • Layer height: 0.28mm
  • 1-2 walls
  • 20% infill
  • Scale depth (z-axis in print orientation) to achieve desired thickness
