I set this to 99% infill and 4 walls to give this a bit more strength.  For ice scraping I recommend printing in PETG or another filament (PC?) that will hold up to the wear and tear from scraping ice.  If you're just scraping snow, then PLA is probably fine.I shrunk down the Y axis a bit to make the handle easier to hold.  I also went with octagram spiral for the bottom layer because it adds a snowflake-like pattern to the bottom side that I think looks nice.
