This is a stand mount that is compatible with the magsafe inspired mounting system for the Asus ROG ALLY. (https://makerworld.com/en/models/89288)

As with the base mounting plate model, please read and follow the assembly instructions carefully.

*****PLEASE READ ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY*****

1. Prerequisites:
   1. Purchase - 40ea of 4mm by 1mm N52 Magnets https://www.mcmaster.com/5862K402/
   2. Purchase - iphone stand https://www.amazon.com/Desktop-Multi-Functional-Portable-Aluminum-Foldable/dp/B09X39QK73/?th=1
   3. Purchase - Superglue
   4. A fully assembled Ally-Mag Base mounting plate
2. IMPORTANT NOTE:
   1. I used only N52 magnets because these are the strongest magnets. I have no experience with other kinds.
   2. POLARITY of how you install the magnets are very important so PLEASE use an Iphone Magsafe Battery Bank or Charger or Mount as the base for assembly.
   3. DO NOT use an IPHONE as the base for magnet assembly - this is the REVERSE polarity you want.
3. Print the parts of in this post.
4. Place the “Ally-Mag Kickstand Body Pt1” on top of your borrowed Iphone Magsafe Mount or Charger. Align the CIRCLE of the Iphone Charger/Mount to the middle of the magnet cavities in the printed “Ally-Mag Kickstand Body Pt1”.
5. Start placing magnets into the magnet cavities one by one. The magnets should stick to the cavities because of the Iphone Charger/Mount below your printed part.
6. Once all magnets are filled up, put a thin layer of super glue in the recessed cavity in the “Ally-Mag Kickstand Body Pt1” and attach the printed “Ally-Mag Kickstand Body Pt2” and “Ally-Mag Kickstand Body Pt3” on.
7. DO NOT REMOVE THE IPHONE CHARGER/MOUNT until glue is dry.
8. Once glue is fully dried, wait maybe 12 hours, use double sided adhesives to attach the iPhone stand to the 2 halves as shown in the photos.
